Ive just bought a hikvision 1005KI usb joystick and would like to upgrade the firmware. Reading the manual it says to use buttonboardemo softare. I cant seem to find this software or if it exists? Does anyone know how to upgrade the firmware on these PTZ joysticks? Thanks

Ive just bought a few c500's as they were going cheap on prime day. Can these be added to a hikvision NVR on their stock annke firmware using the hikvison protocol not using ONVIF or do i need to flash them to the hikvision firmware for them to work? I have flashed one but found its lost...

Is the lag only there when viewed through your NVR? I had this problem with mine connected through my hikvision NVR it wasn't anything to do with the doorbell. I had to change the FPS and bitrate on the NVR itself and the lag went away.

Ok thankyou. I plan on pulling a plastic conduit down first and then run all the cables in that. The HDMI cable I can run that elsewhere so that's not a problem and could leave that out but ideally having 4 x cat6 in a conduit would make my installation alot easier.

Yeah I have one of these working with my 7716NI-I4 NVR, only really use it for local viewing and works fine. I've not managed to get it recording apart from continuous. I didn't think this was possible? Are you connected directly to the NVR's POE ports or running it through a separate switch...
