    I've already fixed the offline issue by adding a router and setting its IP address to 192.168.1.x. My fault for not checking the modem since it has been changed by our ISP to 5G, so it clearly has a different IP address. That is why the NVR status is offline. Thank you.

    I have also noticed that when we try to pull those cables (First cable and white one) plugged into the POE switches, nothing happens to the display on the monitor.

    I also have doubts that some of these POEs are on the ceiling since we have a total of 61 IP cameras and I can only see two POEs in a 3-story building divided into B1/B2/B3. Is it possible that a POE can connect to another POE?
