Hi @wittaj and @markm , Thank you for your quick response. It appears the root cause was related to having SMD also enabled. Its now working perfectly except I cannot enable face recognition unless SMD is enabled so that the alarm is only triggered for an unknown face. Any tips? -

@Kani Im having the exact same issue. Warning light never flashes when someone crosses the set area. Impacting all 3 cameras. The warning light works fine when manually triggered. It would be nice to how you solve this issue. This is the model i have IPC-HDW3849H-AS-PV-ANZ - Dahua Oceania...
