    Yes, the manufacturer worked with me closely to identify the issue and had their engineer inspect the boards remotely. I was indeed very impressed by their after sales service. I doubt the camera was still under warranty but they agreed to sell a replacement board and cable to me for cheap...

    The manufacturer told me to measure the voltage inside the camera, whether it is 12V or not. I measured and it is showing as 3.5V only.

    Hi TonyR, that's exactly the same camera :) I am currently testing with a 12V 5A power adapter. Do you think the camera is damaged? As it was working fine for a year. When I tested post the issue, the camera worked fine once but then stopped powering on when I tried again.

    The cameras are powered directly from the NVR. I tries to connect only 1 camera at a time but it's the same issue. Do you think I can use a POE splitter 48V to 12V? Or if you know of any other possible solution?

    Thanks for the suggestions. I just tried to power one of the camera via the 12V DC port instead of usual POE. Surprisingly, the camera was able to connect and it worked fine. Would you know what could be the issue?
