Thanks, we did check out the review prior to getting one in for testing, and as you mentioned we're worried about poor low-light performance at 10MP. So we had planned on using them only where we're certain we have adequate lighting. I was just wondering if there are any other 10MP offerings...

Are there any other 10MP IP cameras on the market? I've been testing the ACTi E77, but wanted to give it a fair shake against other models that may be out there. - Thanks

Here's a picture showing what is being covered by this camera currently.

All these cameras would be mounted onto a building at roughly the top of the 3rd floor. Two of them cover a meandering drive, the third would be covering a parking area. I'm wondering if multiple fixed cameras for the parking lot would be better, as long as I can ensure decent enough quality...

I did set this up prior to deleting and re-adding the camera, but I did not try to set it back up afterwards. I'll have to try this when I make it back out to the site on Monday.

I did verify that the latest device pack was installed, 7.3. It finds a device driver of Hikvision8x3 when I let it auto-detect the camera.

Well, I guess I fixed part of it. I now see a "Live" listing in the camera on Xprotect, but the Motion Detection recording doesn't appear to be working.

Well, I think I fixed it. I ended up deleting the camera from Xprotect, reseting the camera itself to default settings, and then reset everything up in milestone and the camera again. I must have checked/unchecked something initially.
