    I cannot get Amcrest ash21 cameras to connect to blue iris

    Just to close this out, I figured out what's going on. For security reasons Amcrest won't let the ASH21 camera connect to any app (Amcrest IP Config Tool, Blueiris, Amcrest Pro, Amcrest View Pro etc) - EXCEPT Amcrest Smart Home, when RUNNING on WiFI. If you want to use any other app then you...
