Pretty sure I tried just plugging in but they didn't work. I'll try again tomorrow. I'm assuming cables are fine because splitter would us the Same pairs? -

Funny you ask that. I can't seems to enable Poe on the NVR (it's not an option on the menus), so I went the splitter route instead. Am I missing something? -

Yes sorry, got that bit wrong. I've got passive injectors / splitters sending 12v up the cable to the camera, which is then split at the other end and feeds the 12v into the female DC pin on the camera. -
