solved. i just updated the cameras with the firmware 5.3.3 an they factory reseted. configured each camera individually, and everything is ok now. @whoslooking thank you for the links in your signature -

Yes, i can see the cameras in sadp, i can see the login screen in web browser, but i don't know the user and password. -

Tried that. The nvr doesn't connect to the cameras....i also put the cameras on the free poe ports,like 7 and 8 port and still nothing... -
