    Hi All, I'm trying to enable IVS (instead of SMD) although I'm not getting notifications via DMSS. Settings for IVS below, under 'video detection' I've unticked enable based on other feedback I've seen. Is there something else I'm missing here?

    Thanks guys. I managed to add the VTO onto the NVR. The problem now is, the VTHs will not connect to the VTO (disconnected VTO icon top right corner). Will they only work if the VTO is not connected to an NVR?

    Strangely, going through that path displays some videos but others never get recorded. Am I meant to be able to access these videos from the VTH units?
