    I bet if you take Wifi out of the equation it would work fine. Hikvision and Wifi dont go together very bad xD

    If you try to add device it might give you a partial email address. Like for Hikvision if you try to add device it will come up with a prompt to apply for sharing then display the admin user partial email

    I believe the only model that will work as a standalone to unlock doors would be the DS-KB8113-IME1. It works on Hik-Connect App but then you can Integrate with HC & IVMS 4200 to have those features. or add by IP

    DS-HD1 dont offer webpages you can add it to IVMS 4200 then use the Function Called Remote Configuration if you wanted more features/settings and you cant update DS-HD1 Firmware

    What is the NVR Firmware. If Previous owner binded account while in Firmware 3.x its unbindable. Hikvision did create a policy for unbind where you can ship it in then they would wipe it for you and ship it back. So Options are Port Forward to get around it. Purchase new NVR thats not used or...

    Anything Non Hikvision branded will be a hit or miss.

    Non Hikvision cameras will require a more manual approach including a Laptop to Hardwire into a camera port to Configure them but they would require a ONVIF Profile. Aswell you Re Addressing Cameras to the Internal NIC IP of your Hikvision NVR.

    The issue is the Firmware. Camera has to brand new firmware for older unit. But this unit can be upgraded two more to be compatible with devices within the 2024 Firmware. Just lmk if you need them i can link them.

    Offline/Parameter is probably an issue with a Firmware. Maybe to new of camera on old NVR. Can you input Both Models and Firmware to confirm.
