My cameras are different brands, but mainly Hikvision. The 16 camera server is all hikvision. And the 40 camera server is 50/50 acti / hikvision. As the acti cameras die we have been replacing them with hikvision.

We currently have 2 exacq vision enterprise servers one with 16 cameras and one with 40 cameras. In two different locations. The maintenance license renal is getting crazy. Any suggestions for a replacement. it needs to integrate with active directory. it needs to work on windows server 2012...

I tried Nelly’s first. It was a garage sale item and they couldn’t tell me anything about it. They said it may have been a demo unit they where sent at one time it’s not a model they stock.

So that’s newer that what is on my camera do you think it’s safe to install on my camera?

This sticker was on the box too. Shows model LBW605XS400 But no brand or website to get the latest firmware.

I bought a camera from the garage sale at nellys and i cant figure out what model or brand it is. i would like to find out if there is any newer firmware. or better profile to use on my NVR other the ONVIF in the web settings it shows device name: IPC firmware...

I enjoy reading your response. I'd give you 4 gold stars if I could I'm a noob and didn't know much about the app and I had to dig to find that information in the app.

The app will show the data useage. So watching 4 or 5 minutes uses almost 9 mb of data.

That website down grades the quality. How much I'm not sure. Is there a way I can figure out how much data is being used on my I phone and measure the data used over a 1 or 5 minute time period ?

when remote viewing hikvision DS-2CD2332-I through the www.hicloudcam.com site using IVMS-4500 app Hik-Connect on my cell phone how much cellular data would I be using per Min to remotely viewing the camera?

Hikvision USA cant go wrong with Hikvision cameras. they make them for lots of other camera companies.

same concept of stores putting in dummy cameras wanting you to think they are being watched so people will behave respectful. i think visible or Hunter orange may be the way to go. we hang Giant sines at work Parking lot under Video surveillance to denture thieves and vandals.
