[Question] Quicksync for just Substreams on Sandy Bridge
Hi, Not sure if this would fit better under customization topic. I have a 7*5MP Camera Setup on a i3-2120 which is working okay with sub-streams, just want to ask if it is possible to use quicksync on just the substream as of yet?
