Thanks, Yes I did remove the CMOS battery overnight, no effect. It's a second-hand unit, no way of knowing the email address used when it was configured.- fiddlesticks

Does anyone know how to factory reset this Dahua NVR? Hi all, I've exhaustively searched the internet for the last several days for the procedure to hard reset the Dahua NVR6A08-32-4KS2 back to factory defaults.
