Hi, I'm new to the forum and have read a lot of posts and all the discussion. I tried to reset my hikvision but it was unsuccessful. My camera is a DS-2CD1741FWD firmware version 5.5.0, am I doing something wrong or is the firmware too updated? This is the XML file. Thx u all.
