Could not get tftpd32 to work for some reason, but found the old TFTP automatic tool that is mentioned in hikvision tutorial. Here is the link. ftp://ftp.hikvisionusa.com/VMS_Firmware/Tool/TFTP.zip User Name: hikfirmware Password: Hikvision123 (note the H is uppercase)
