Hikvision Dvr - YouTube livestream

We have a Hikvision DS-7204HTHI-K1 DVR and we want to stream the video in youtube through OBS or Wirecast. There are 3 cameras connected via coaxial(?) cable and the live view is working fine in the web browser. We tried many rtsp links mostly based on variations of these formats...
