Yes, I have all those folders and they contain data. I'm also getting the error "Unable to delete import key - adjust permissions" when I run BI 5, the problems may be related.

There does seem to be a bug here, if you change PTZ presets and then return to the original one it seems to forget which blacked out area to use. Really annoying.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I'm trying to set a different motion detection area for a different PTZ preset but BI won't recognise it and keeps detecting motion according to the main motion detection zone. I've ticked 'Override motion zones' for the PTZ and have edited a zone, but no luck...

Ah, I think I've solved it. BI is powerful but complicated! I assumed the camera's 'override global schedule for this camera' meant that it would keep its setting even if different profiles were selected at the top of the main window. I was wrong! Have solved my requirements by selecting a day...
