Got this all set up and running the other day, very happy. But the alerts when I double click them to go to the alert time it takes me to the wrong time in the video feed. Example the alert is at 9:15, so I click the alert image and it takes me to 9:10 where there is no activity. Anyone else...

I see what you mean, but the webUI no longer lets you see just the flags. Its alerts or clips, so all the false triggers are there. Same goes for the BI app (android version anyway). So i see a whole lot of alerts, and not one of them is actually a positive.

Thanks to Chris for getting the trigger cancels to work. My only remaining gripe is that i have to use the "trigger an alert list image" to get the alerts to work. Then when viewing the alerts, all the still images are in there (all the false positives i mean). Is there any way to get rid of...

How do we get the alert cancels to work? I have gone back to the single camera setup (from the duplicate camera setup), and I have the timeline full of all the false alerts. this is what i have in the trigger cancel box: http://localhost:80/admin?camera=[camera]&trigger&user={user}&pw={passwort}

Thats new. So can it record the substream continuously? I'll have a play around today.

I wish blue iris would add the ability to record only the substream continuously and then use the hd stream for alerts. Would make it all so much slicker.
