Is there anyway to let the preset zones be attached to the different camera positions?

If the preset zones were attached to the different camera positions, there would not be a need to clear out the zone area each time the camera is moved to another position that has a different area or spot to be monitoring. If there is a way; could someone tell me how? Thanks!

How do I switch from one modem mfg to another using BlueIris

Thanks for reply, @tibimakai . Just this morning, I got the IT tech from my Internet provider to edit the new router and now my 2 Dahua cameras are both back to having no problems. He changed some items in their router and I did not get to see what changes however. As far as I'm concerned...

How do I switch from one modem mfg to another using BlueIris

I'm sorry guys, but there is too much information that's left out on these different locations for me to enter in the info not only where but also the exact info. Examples are subnet mask. default gateway......also, when I connect one of these cameras directly into my computers' Ethernet port...

How do I switch from one modem mfg to another using BlueIris

@SpacemanSpiff , could you tell me how to change to a static address or give me enough info to accomplish that feat?. And you listed the exact problem that I've been having with the 2. I kept having to disable 1 to see the other and then when both were enabled, 1 would make the other lose the...

How do I switch from one modem mfg to another using BlueIris

@DG99 , thanks for the reply. A little more info. The new modem sees the cameras and has the addresses of 192.168.1.108 for both. But I can't see either using a browser. I'm trying to use BlueIris and thought maybe that is where some IP or other change has to be made but BI won't let me make...

How do I switch from one modem mfg to another using BlueIris

Had to switch from Netgear to Actiontec modems and now BlueIris is not seeing cameras. And in the Local internal LAN access window, it won't let me make any changes.....if that is one of the things that I need to do. Is this what I have to do to be up and running or is there more that I have...

Need power supply for Loryta SD49425XB-HNR camera

Thanks, @EMPIRETECANDY. I did order one and installed a few days after receiving. A ZOSI DC 12V 3A power supply. It appears too small to output 3 amps but so far is working.

Need power supply for Loryta SD49425XB-HNR camera

Thanks @TVille, I won't be using POE but will go with a ps instead. And I really thought that a ps would come with the cam but they are cheap vs the cam.

Need power supply for Loryta SD49425XB-HNR camera

Thanks @SouthernYankee , I was looking at some with specs like 12v 3 amp and have emailed Andy with the question but am aware that we are day vs night in time zones. My old Dahua has a AC 24 volt 3 amp powering it and was not just going to power the new cam with that and watching the smoke...

Need power supply for Loryta SD49425XB-HNR camera

I just received the SD49425XB-HNR from Andy and did not receive a power supply. I think that Andy misunderstood that I was going to move my current Dahua cam to another location and install this camera where the Dahua was. Would someone that has this camera recommend the correct power supply...

@fenderman , It's not that I need immediate help, a reply from support that they have received my gmail and that they will look into solving the problem would shut me up while I wait.
