^I don't think this is quite right. I tried uploading the native Hikvision file to YouTube and YouTube could not process the file once the upload finished even though its supposed to be a mp4 file. Hi I've just setup a couple of DS-2CD3345-I's running on IMVS-4200 PCNVR 1.03. What's the go with file playback outside of PCVNR? If I go to the drive where videos are stored, the only app that will play them (.mp4) is VLC Player. How do you edit the file? I try to edit the file in Windows...- DriftKing

iNMS-4200 PCNVR
I'm just new to PCNVR but it looks like PCNVR pre-fills the disk with files when it pre-allocates the storage on the drive. PCNVR then overwrites those files with real footage. I also found that PCNVR doesn't seem to support H.265 video.- DriftKing
