    There was no update running as far as I know. At least nothing I initiated. I tried the USB drive exactly as you stated, and no data wrote. I tried with a drive in FAT32 and EXT4 format, both front USB port and rear USB port. I will pull the board and see if I can find any damage on the bottom.

    Got it. I just did that, let it go, the hard drive spun up and then about 20 seconds later it rebooted and the boot loop resumed. I can try a new power supply. Is there a specific form factor of the PSU I can replace with or should I just find another Delta unit?

    Nothing replaced. It had 4 PoE cams, ethernet, and a wireless mouse. I tried with all disconnected.

    Yes. I have done that several times and waited over 15 minutes between attempts. I have also tried holding the button on the motherboard, which makes the unit beep a single long beep while on the NVR screen. It resumes boot looping once I release that button.

    I'm on the IVS rule setting page. I can't seem to draw the rule with the video not loading. A dialog box eventually pops up which reads, "The connection is overtime." If I try to draw the rule over the loading icon and view it via SmartPSS, it just says "Please draw now," and does not register.
