    What is router's ip address ? That would be the default gateway that needs to be set in the NVR. They should match. Did you change that on your NVR ?

    You need to be on the same subnet....your NVR is 192.168.1.108 , you need to change the ip of your laptop to the same subnet, ie, 192.168.1.250 or something like that...
