Any solution to get this working again for camera connected to wifi. This is complete rip off from Hikvision as it was working before and now I added a camera from same modell and it came with recent firmware and does not work on Hik-connect when connected to wifi. There is no reason for this.

Figured out the connection issue however I am still stuck with flashing the correct firmware files. Tried different files but I think they are uncorrect because the tftp process stops with failed.txt. Anyone can point out files to use with VTH-1550-S2 ?

I want the sound to only ring one time. It is anoying if the visitor ring and then the device ring for all the time even though I already opened the door by hand. Any possibility to just play it for 2 seconds but keep the video. Do I need to replace the sound file with a short file an 30 sec mute?
