    Main/Substream and poor alert image quality

    Just wanted to say I'm having this issue as well. Hoping it gets fixed at some point! I previously used snapshots which worked great, but once I set up substreams, the jpegs are now terrible quality. They are physically the same size as before (2560x1440), but are of substream quality.

    Blue Iris Annual Fee?

    I guess I am confused on this too. I purchased BI a little over a year ago, and am thoroughly impressed. My initial support ended Jan 2 2019. I notice now that my Check for Updates button is grayed out. So...are the minor updates still free?? Or not? Am I supposed to download the update...

    Turn off notification sound when mobile device connects?

    My Blue Iris server is also a media box. If I'm watching a movie, but connect to blue iris with my mobile device, a loud "pop" notification sound plays from blue iris. Is there a way to turn this off?
