@Flintstone61 you've solved it!
Once I turned off HTTPS in Amcrest web setup, Find/Inspect found the camera, and discovery succeeded all calls. I did need to uncheck 'use another ip/port' on the PTZ tab, as Find didn't automatically fix that for me (I had turned it on at some point). Here's...
Here are the ports. Defaults, I think. HTTPS is enabled, and it made me create a cert. In Network, I also turned off UPnP if it was on - I forget if it was.
Thank you @Flintstone61 - it is helpful to see that it is working for your GetSystemDateAndTime. When I set to 80, it just redirects to 443 anyway. Port 80 or port 554 didn't help - I tried with the PTZ ports as well. I also tried pretty much all the combinations of the drop down and ports...

WEB Version V3.2.1.864542
ONVIF Version 18.12(V2.4.5.826858)
Thanks @CarlosBarletta . I do have the box checked, and clicked OK - see my picture above. It is still not working. I am also using the admin account, so it should have full access. What do you have in the Network IP settings? I have tried all the Amcrest cameras, and ONVIF, and nothing is...
Thanks all for the suggestions. I'm still not able to get PTZ to work, copying your settings above @DG99 . Thanks @CarlosBarletta for the video, but it doesn't mention PTZ. Thanks @TonyR for the comment on internal networks.
I tried in the video section selecting Amcrest and different camera...
I wanted a pan / tilt wifi cam for my garage and the price was right on this one. I imported it into BlueIris, but the auto-detect didn't find the substream, and it didn't set up PTZ. PTZ works through Amcrest's web app when connecting directly to the camera, but not through BlueIris. Has...
