Another quick update before I call it a night here. I was able to update the firmware from v5.2.0 to v5.3.0 and then to v5.4.0. I logged back in to the camera using the IP address in a browser. FYI, I also updated the info in the ivms-4500 app on my phone and I'm now getting an image there as... -

So it looks like the SADP tool does see the camera. And pinging the IP listed in the SADP tool gives the below results. But I'm not sure where the "192.0.0.64" IP address came from?? I had "192.168.1.200" listed as the address that I changed the IP for the camera to. Below is the result... -
