    Agree, it lacks an illuminator. It's not much of a problem in my case, but it may be in other scenarios with less ambient light.

    Giving up: Just want a true PoE DB Cam...

    A little above the budget (200) you have the gds3710 (around 289e) which is a SIP video doorbell. Reviews seem to be mixed, but GS is improving the software. EDIT: Got one. Great device! RTSP (3 streams), ONVIF, SIP, Motion Detection with automatic upload to server, no dependencies.
