A little above the budget (200) you have the gds3710 (around 289e) which is a SIP video doorbell. Reviews seem to be mixed, but GS is improving the software. EDIT: Got one. Great device! RTSP (3 streams), ONVIF, SIP, Motion Detection with automatic upload to server, no dependencies.

Related to this camera: is it worth it the price, and can actually work, or it's just half baked? Considering going for this or the HKV. Thanks. EDIT: can it record directly to a SMB, FTP, NFS, etc..?
