    Mine is the same RR, also my system is an 8ch (8 cameras only, 8 Ethernet connections on back) however in the serial number it specifies its a 16ch.

    Hi guys, I have a Hikvision DS-7616NI-SP. I've been trying to find firmware update for it. I just can not locate it. Need to get Hik-Connect working on it, since HiDDNS is no longer available.
