    I just realized you asked about camera firmware, and I gave you the NVR firmware. I don't have the camera firmware info right now. It looks like Hikvision has a reset procedure where you send them info and they send you a file back for NVRs. Would that work with this NVR even though it's not...

    I'm not onsite. I have a photo of the SADP page and I have this much... Under Software Version it says: V3.4.96build ... The tab wasn't expanded to see the rest.

    I have a restaurant with an NVR and some cameras. The original installer is long gone. I want to add a camera and be able to see cameras in phone app. I am assuming I need to reset this system somehow. From what I have gathered, it's a rebranded Hikvision system.
