On the use-ip website they state that they are an authorised Hikvision reseller. Anyway, I sent them an email so 'we'll see'. In the meanwhile I was hoping to get some advice from you guys. Oh well... -

update - I managed to isolate the issue. I ran a series of tests, IP ping tests, and viewed the live view in IE, and came to a conclusion that it is a software issue, so nothing wrong with the camera or network. The live view works fine in IE without any video drops. The ping test showed normal... -
