To their credit, they got right back to me and are issuing a replacement unit. I thought the process would have been more involved. I'll pull the original unit soon for inspection.

It is protected in the house. I tested it, and it is still putting out 24v. I'll test it at the unit tomorrow, but I bet it's good there too.

The bank behind my house was targeted for an attack on their ATM. This is something which is going around the area right now. This video allowed the police to end the search for someone who may have ran when they showed up. When zooming in, it's easy to see that they person is hooking something...

I tried my other gmail account, and nothing changed. I'm just not sure I understand where I'm going wrong. I suppose it could be anything from the router to the nvr to the other stuff in between. Everything works well with the exception of the email notifications and it's infuriating.

Thanks a ton for that help. I have adjusted my settings to reflect yours exactly, and I'm still getting the same result. Could this issue be with my router? I'll try to inspect those settings now. This is very confusing to me.
