I think the wireless connection may be the problem as it seems to be the only 'common' factor. If you can get a wired connection and try again using that I'd be interested to know it the upgrade tool then recognises your camera. The information may also help other users!

Did you try the tool several times like Nono Almeida did? Is you camera connected by wire or wirelessly (mine are all wired connections)? Also, can you 'see' the camera on your hub/router?
