    LPR on 2nd story soffit?

Are you needing to use and additional IR? Or does the camera built in IR work good enough?

    LPR on 2nd story soffit?

We have had a few instances of strange cars in my development in the past couple months, the most recent on last Wednesday with someone creeping around and ringing a neighbors door bell at 2 am then turning around in front of my house and parking on the corner across the street. I spooked them...

    Images from thieves at work

That will never happen, they are so cheap I was shocked when they installed cameras and lights a couple years ago. All they do is watch the cats and raccoons fight at night. LOL.

You defiantly hit the nail on the head. They have all the cams set for overview, I'm in the office with the monitor all the time. When the car is at it closest to the cam I'd say that is about 30 ft.

    Images from thieves at work

This guy grabbed a bunch of copper and rolled out the other morning. I asked the yard supervisor for some pictures of the vehicle so I could keep an eye out for them since I work night shift. Needless to say I was less than impressed. From where I can see the cams they look like the Color 4KT...

Sunrise/sunset service only working on one ch. of boobie cam

I believe I figured it out. in the Dahua sunrise sunset manager under configuration I went to edit selected camera and on the bottom left there is a box for multi sensor camera and channel numbers. I defiantly only had channel 1in there, I put in channel 1,2 and now its working.

Sunrise/sunset service only working on one ch. of boobie cam

I have all the settings identical on both channels of the cam but the service only runs on ch1 and not ch 2. Is there something I need to do different to get it to run on the second channel as well? What am I missing here?

stored video folder size over quota?

I've had an ongoing problem for a couple months now and just haven't had much time to address it, BI keeps telling me my stored video drive is over quota. I've deleted all files from the drive multiple times and even deleted the folder and tried using a new folder but with the same results. I...

    Worlds First Review - Dahua DH-IPC-HDW5849H-ASE-LED / IPC-Color4K-T - 2.8mm Turret

Is there anything in the pipeline for the varifocal yet, bullet or turrett? I'd love to give these a try but anywhere I'd want to put them I'm using over 6mm of zoom currently. Sorry if this has already been asked recently I've been out of the loop for a couple months.

Review-Dahua/EmpireTech Dual lens IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 (The Boobie Cam Upgrade)

Okay, so I got everything working today. The wife was out and the kids were at school so I had some time uninterrupted. I was able to get everything running when I opened Edge and then ran it in IE mode. For those that might not know if you open Egde and go into settings, default Browser...

Review-Dahua/EmpireTech Dual lens IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 (The Boobie Cam Upgrade)

I tried Pale Moon same results. It downloads and installs but doesn't work. And yes they must have got me the last time I had to restart and wouldn't let me do so without updates because I was loading web right out of the config tool app. I will have to look into this deeper later tonight...
