    Alert issue

    Probably a dumb error some where... none of my cameras are sending text or email alerts. I have gmail set to allow less secure apps, sending to smtp.gmail.com and my email address. on alert is checked and the proper mail is checked. any ideas appreciated

    What's strange is that all Wyse cams are still online in the Wyse app which means that they are actually dunno g a dual protocol stack. We need to totally kill the Wyse side and only use the rtsp

    Wyze and BI

    I have 4 Wyse v2 cams running rtsp into my BI 5 system in addition to several other cams both wired and Wi-Fi. My Wyse cam appear to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect immediately. Do not think this is a BI5 issue anyone else seeing this and any suggestions.

    I had a HD/mobo crash and now do not know my BI serial to reinstall it. I do have a directory with a bunch of BI_REG_2019-xx.yy.reg files wher xx-yy is month and day. could the serial number be in the reg backups? and if so how can i find it

    When I do config I see my serial key first and last sets but the middle 3 sets of the key are x'ed out. how do i find out what the full key is? Just want to write it down so I do not lose it.

    DO I still need to run duplicate cameras?

    Do I still need to run a primary streaming camera and a secondary hidden camera for alerts when using BI. I initially set it up that way many moons ago no idea why except some one said it should be done to prevent fals alerts or something. Am running the latest version
