    You probably bought to wrong camera. You should have bought T54IR-ZE-S3 that has the same form factor as the T5442T

    I set the fixed shutter to 1/120, but SSA still made the image of the inside door darker than without SSA. I just adjusted the lighting spotlights so that they shine on your face when you enter the store, hopefully that helps.

    I needed to use WDR 25%, SSA made the image even darker. Unfortunately, you can see that the sharpness of faces decreases due to WDR. Unfortunately, I haven't found a better solution in this situation yet.
