    Honestly, think I am just going to leave Tailscale connected on phone or just connect when needed. I don't think I can achieve using the same IP when on the LAN and when connected like I use to be able to with OpenVPN since Tailscale doesn't work the same way.

    My issue with this is, if I turn it off while home, then I cannot use the same shortcut/IP for UI3, then I have to use a different shortcut pointing to the local IP

    It works if I just leave tailscale connected always on my phone. Then of course I can just use the tailscale IP for UI3 whether home or away.

    The difference here may be that you run Tailscale always on your phone. Do you have an iPhone; if so, do you see battery differences running the VPN on always?

    Weird I have the same setup on my iPhone and must use the tailscale IP when I am not home on the network. Then when I am home I cannot use the tailscale, only the local IP

    So, I need to retrieve my public IP of my BI PC and then enter it in that form? I use to use No-IP on my Netgear router, but since switching to Fiber and not yet having my own router...then I have been limited. Maybe you can help me iron this out in a DM?

    Fixed that on all cams, I will wait for an actual alert. I have set the delay to 5s, initially, to make sure I can see the delay in time stamps from trigger to alert image
