    That was it. Mo$%^$ F^%&%er. Thank you! Wierd how it worked before upgrading from V4 to V5. Can only guess it was a literal overlap on the phone app updating and losing that permission the same day I got around to upgrading the server software.

    Didn't work. These are old IP2m-841B. Made sure firmware was current. Tried yours and a lot of other camera configs. Mic option is grayed out on Android app. Everything else works perfectly.

    Record to 2 hard drives at once for backup.

    Could you use something like DFS in windows to duplicate files across different spaces? Have it record to a temp folder locally and let DFS duplicate them to the external drives. It should catch up when you reattach them. I've never tried this but was just a thought.

    You might run into the same memory leak issues. I'm on a 7700k in Server 2012 and can't find drivers that work with Quicksync without memory leak issues. Seems Microsoft/Intel really want you on Windows 10 / Server 2016.

    I have the 7700k (7th gen) on Win Server 2012r2 and can't get any of these preferred drivers installed. It shows the HD 630 chipset in device manager and all the drivers mentioned don't even list the 630 when tying to manually install it.

    Anyone running 8th gen Intel without memory leak problems in Blue Iris?

    I'm on a 7th gen 7700k with the HD630 graphics on Win Server 2012r2 and can't find a driver combo that prevents the memory leak issue. Even turning off the hardware encoding in blue iris didn't help. Had to switch to the generic microsoft driver to keep the memory from maxing out after a few hours.

    General use terminology..... Didn't know that about the VGA foscams. I hadn't tried them. They do (or did) have optical zoom on a few of the megapixel versions. Not mine apparently. Seems as of today, one of them doesn't have tilt any more either. So I guess it's just a "p" iece....
