I've tested and tested it again. Everything works fine, record, ftp Upload.... but when I enable the email option and a crossing is detected the camera reboots. Only on full 4MP resolution. :sad2: -

Best videoquality between 1/16 and 4 fps concerning the bitrate?
Concerning the bitrate limitation to maximum 12MBit/s I does a little test series with my Synology Diskstation (and Surveillance Station 7). Am I´m right in thinking that there are the best videoquality if you choose maximum 4 frames per second cause more frames will be to compressed to fit... -

Snapshot Motion Detection on DS-2CD2032-I
Snapshots to NAS doesn´t work for me only on FTP space. I´m not sure that this is a bug. I think it works as designed. -

It has noting to do with the topic but you have different angle of views. With 1920x1080 (2MP) you have a little more in the width, with 2048x1536 (3MP) setting a little less. -

We have the first value from me: -16mm: minimum distance of 11-12 meter -12mm: -08mm: -06mm: I continue to hope that somebody else who has a 12/8/6mm Cam does the test and fill up the information in here. -
