I went to the BI site and in red at the top says
"If your support and maintenance have expired, please use Upgrade/Renew from Options before manually installing any updates."
Had me concerned for a min. I will run 4.8.5.3 manually with expired support
So I figured out my fix so I could see the webgui login screen.
In IE11> Tools> Compatibility View Settings> "Uncheck" Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View.

Anyone else have this issue?
Playing back a clip on my mobile device leaves the picture very "blocky" and cannot make out the persons face.
I've confirmed this on two separate BI boxes I manage.
I just moved BI to a new machine. I imported the settings from the other machine. Now all the sudden my ALERT images are not showing in the mobile app.
I removed everything in the db folder and let it recreate the files. Still nothing . Any ideas?
I did some searching but did not find the responses I was looking for

i had BI post jpgs to a folder every 15sec.

It was the update. I went back before 4.3.8.0 and video was fine. Funny how they jumped right to 4.3.9.0.
I missed out on an event cause the video was messed up
