    I did have a look in there. The folder for IPC-T5442T-ZE Smart-IR has only the IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_V2.840.15OG00D.0.R.220818 firmware, which is the same as the one listed on page 1.

    I also have a IPC-T5442T-ZE, with firmware System Version:3.100.0000000.5.R Build Date:2023-05-09. Can this be updated (or downgraded) to the version listed on page 1?
