    Ok so the regular ones I bought and used for my 4mp and 5mp cameras that look exactly the same minus the extra audio rca connector and not stating 4k compatible works with 4k resolution and audio through BNC connector. I guess I didn't need to pay more for the "4k" video balun version afterall

    I also tested with a RCA cable just for the audio ( rca cable connected from camera side and the other end straight to the XVR channel 1 audio in slot ) and no difference. I am just testing it directly at the XVR using a hdmi connected to a monitor
