I have a DS-2CD2347G1-LU OEM model IPC-T2347G-LU bought from EmpireTech Andy. The Firmware Version Property on it is "C-R-G1-0" and I'm able to flash official G1 hikvision firmware on it.

The poe board in the camera is bad. i have similar symptoms with one of my camera. the camera would still work ok with external 12v.

I had similar problem where my camera would worked on 12v but not on POE. The camera would turn on and off repeatedly when using POE. I took the camera apart and swapped out the power board with another good camera I had and the issue went away. Perhaps you are having the same issue.

On the camera end, you need to split the power and data. You need a cable like this.

Does anyone have a link or can share the 2015-03-17 firmware? General_HZXM_IPC_HI3518E_50H10L_S38_RT3070_V4.02.R 12.20150317_ALL.bin ? When i click on https://pan.sohu.net/f/MTY2NzYsaGRkaWQ.htm , i see an even newer firmware which i dont want to upgrade to yet. I just want to upgrade to 3/17...
