    Updated to this 2 or 3 months ago on my 12203T-GN, 1A203T-GN, 49225T-HN, and SD22404T-GN. Been fine. YMMV. Make sure to stop recording before updating the camera.

    Are mounts really worth it?

    Read somewhere that squirrels teeth can grow 10 inches a year. So they have to constantly gnaw,chew on stuff to keep them ground down. Had a cable on a tree once that they gnawed almost in half.

    Might try holding the reset button down for at least a minute, or even till it beeps. I've had Dahua cams that wouldn't reset at less than a minute.

    Yes, it should. The 49225 and the 49212 take the same firmware.

    I have two Dahua nvrs with wireless mice. One with the dongle on the front port, the other on the rear port. Plug and play, no re-boot necessary.
