    1.- It's connected to the internet but I tried to factory reset it many times while i disconnected the cable. 2. Yes i have ports for remote viewing , i use Hik connect. I will try to remove the battery

    I used to save info and it was working great but now it just reset to a previous setting i had a month ago.

    I can't fucking configure a static ip, change my password,update firmware, i can't do anything :( . I tried TFTP,FTP ,VMS 2000, etc. When i reboot it keep asking for wizard assistant and i already deactivated this thing omg . I want to throw away my dvr. It's a turbo 7116 hghi e dvr 16 ch. :(
