    Hi sorry for the late reply. I just deleted the device and added it again using the ezviz app. During the setup after you've scanned the qr code there is a page that give you the option of no chime, mechanical or electronic chime. I choose mechanical and then the chime works. I did miss this...

    Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I've finally manged to get my chime working. I reset the doorbell and removed it from the app. When setting it up again I choose a mechanical chime during the process and it now works fine. Many thanks for your help again.

    I'm getting the same result using an iPhone. I e added the device both manually and using the qr code and I can see the live feed. However when I click on settings I'm still not seeing anything like what you posted in your screen shot

    Good morning, I managed to try this last night but the options along the bottom of the hik vision app are the same as my full nvr camera set up. I checked the chime again using my old door bell and it is definitely working. It would be great if I could get this working as the doorbell itself...

    Thanks for your response. The chime was working with my old door bell using an 8v transformer. I've replaced the transformer with a 12v one and wired it up as per the diagram in the first page. I do have the hik connect app as I have other cameras around the house and have managed to add the...
