    I have the same problem with Firmware V5.5.803 build 211112 I have turned to your settings and the audio is rubbish when I turn on the sound from the camera.

    Quick update. Had a chance to play with some settings now. Here's what I come up with for night footage. Should have said that's footage from Hik-Connect on my phone, the footage on the NVR is so much better :)

    No, no wittaj they have RJ45's (I didn't do them) but I think they used cheap Cat5e cable.

    Think I'm going to have to rewire mine ones. I used the old what I thought was CAT5e cable from a previous old camera setup. I'm sure that the old cables are... Well lets say not up to the job.

    Just wanted to give an update. I upgraded my NVR to NVR_K74_BL_ML_STD_V3.4.100_180310 I manged to get Hik-Connect working on my iPhone and iPad (and the wife's iPhone) so now I have instant replay from alerts, with better images than the email images. I have iVMS-4200 3.5.0.7 Client running...

    I'll take a look thanks. On another note I need to update the firmware but not sure what to use found this I'm sure this is the one I need but not sure My NVR is a DS-7604NI-K1/4P(B) with firmware V3.4.100build 180310

    I mounted the camera about 10 feet. Is that to high? I have the emails working from the NVR but for the life of me can't get the camera to send them. From what I read the camera emails better images than the NVR. They are useless.
