This webiste shows a much easier way to upgrade without using rufus or messing with the registry. I've used it on 3 machines successfully.

Try lowering the frame rate to 15 frames per second and set the i frame interval to the same value.
Make sure substreams have the save frames per second as the main stream and I frame the same as the Frames per second.
If you press the windows key and enter "windows tools" there is a memory test that runs at boot up. You can give that a try, but it takes a LONG time.
And it will stay at certain percentages for ever, like 21%, so just let it run for hours.
Thanks for the help. I went with a 5 port tp-link POE switch figuring it would be more robust and easier to add a 3rd camera down the line.

I have a cheap 4mp camera (4mp camera on amazon) at my gate which uses a ubiquity nanostation to connect to the network. I'm running the LAN cable from the nanostation injector to a POE injector (Injector) and now I'd like to add a second camera - a 2mp PTZ uses less then 10 watts since no IR...
I have this same problem on the April 2023 release of BI so going back may not fix it. I mainly use it to just check on the memory usage to make sure it's not over 5gb.
search for kilowatt usage meter on amazon. these just plug into an outlet and you plug your device into the meter. It will give you an idea of what each component in your system is using

With no substreams enabled it works fine.
And if I enable the second substream it works fine, but with first substream it does not.
So I'll just enable the second one and leave well enough alone.

I put a PTZ camera model SD29204UE-GN 2mp.
Works find in Blue Iris and in UI3 it shows up fine as thumbnail but when I go full screen it times out. All other cameras work fine in full screen mode.
