    12-24V DC input POE Injector straight to doorbell only, separate POE Switch/NVR 48V wont through POE Injector to doorbell, looks like here picture, all be fine safe, Maybe POE Switch/NVR 802.3at/af won't work communicate data through doorbell standard ethernet, because Doorbell is Passive PoE only.
