I know I'm not giving enough info, I had a ferfect settings that would take the license plate everytime, alghouth it was never accurate but it was enough for me, simple guy here. Please I need your help, I can not figure it out no matter what I do. It sees Amazon just fine and it recognize it but the log shows something (icons) that I do not understand. I'm, almost there :-) I also disabled Plate but it still shows that it is AI it. Any help would be great.

It is funny you mentioned it, i occasionally I get a plate number but other times, dayplate 90% without the plate number associated with it. I think it works like magic.... Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk

I highlighted it in the picture, should I indicate the model in that box to capture the mouse and rabbit? What is the difference between real time images of 4 instead of 10 as an example and is better 500ms or 1 sec? Thanks for all your help
