so out of nowhere, he had no damage or anything, the camera is 2 years old, what could I do now to figure out what happened to the camera? at least do a hard reset but I don't see any buttons. thanks -

hi Alastairstevenson thanks for the reply. The camera is on the same network as before. I tried to change poe power supply and rj45 network cable but nothing the network does not see. For the rest the connections are ok, that's why I wanted to do a hard reset but I don't see any keys, what can I... -
